Dhading truck plunge: Four killed, two injured



Dhading, December 03. At least four people have been killed on the spot when a truck heading to Chitwan from Kathmandu plunged into Hugdi Khola at Jogimara VDC-2 on Wednesday.

The ill-fated truck, Ga 1 Kha, 3986, met with the accident at Hugdi Khola Bridge at around 12 noon today. According to Bal Krishna Bhattarai, Sub-Inspector at Jogimara police station, the three of the deceased have been identified as Phool Mohamed, Anwar Mohamed and Anil Mohamed of Chorni-9 of the Parasa district.

Two people, a driver and an assistant driver, who were critically injured in the incident, have been ferried to Kathmandu for the treatment. A body of the deceased is still trapped and police are trying to pull the body out of the wreckage of the truck.
