Sipora Gurung selected for beauty pageant

KATHMANDU: Nepal’s Women’s national volleyball player Sipora Gurung is not only a volleyball player. Now, the fans of Pokhreli volleyball player could see her competing in the Miss Nepal 2013.

Gurung along with 15 other competitors were selected for the contest of the beauty pageant held in the capital city.

With other hot and talented girls in the row, it might be hard for Sipora to stand out in the tough competition as she has done in Volleyball.

Given the amount of talent and her achievements so far, it seems that for 2013 she is the chosen one (forgive if it looks like exaggeration).

Sipora was also declared the ‘Popular Player of the Year-2067 B.S’. The multi-talented player is currently preparing for Nepal Army’s Second Lieutenant post for free competition.

During the official launch of the 18th edition of the pageant, held in capital other contestants expressed their hopes to bag the crown on the final day slated for March 15.

The winner will of course represent Nepal in Miss World 2013 later this year. Now who will bag the competition seems a bit too early to think of, but then also here some pictures of Sipora and her various avtars.. enjoy them.
