Government preparing for CA polls in full swing, Nepal’s Home Minister claims

BHAKTAPUR: Though it is almost sure that the CA elections are not likely in June, Nepal’s Home Minister, however, has said that the government was carrying out the preparations works in a full swing.

Minister Madhav Ghimire said that the government is in a hurry to fulfill its responsibility by holding the CA polls and handover the powers to the popularly elected government.

The Home Minister also said that plans are underway to bring all the dissenting political parties on board the elections by consulting with them.

Minister Ghimire said that the government is committed to materialize the works of constitution promulgation by holding election soon at this challenging time of the country.
