Lokman Singh Karki is not UML’s cup of tea
DAILEKH: Despite decision of the high-level political committee’s to make the former chief secretary Lokman Singh Karki as the head of the anti graft body, CPN (UML) Chairman Jhalanath Khanal today said the UML would not back the appointment of Kakri as the chief of the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority.
“His (Karki’s) image is controversial. We will not back his appointment,” Khanal said.
Speaking at the meet the press here today Khanal said environment for the elections would be created as the major parties have already prepared for this.
