Rajendra Mahato being treated at Bir Hospital’s ICU
KATHMANDU: Former Minister and Chairman of Sadbhawana Party Rajendra Mahato, who was sitting for a hunger strike for four day, has been admitted to Bir Hospital in the capital after his deteriorating health condition.
Mahato was in a hunger strike by putting forth a 10-point demand including announcement of the Constituent Assembly (CA) election date and ending corruption.
Leader Mahato is also a victim of high blood pressure and diabetes. He has witnessed a serious health condition with the deficiency of salt level in his body, it is said.
Currently, he is being treated at the ICU in the Bir Hospital.
