Nepali woman raped, murdered in UK

KATHMANDU: A Nepali woman has been found murdered while going out jogging in a park in London. Krishna Maya Mabo, 35, of Tharpu VDC in Taplejung was raped before killing, sources have claimed.

She was living in the UK with her retired British Army husband, two daughters and a son.

Police has taken the body for post-mortem and further investigation into the incident.

Similarly, the UK police has arrested a white man his alleged involvement in the case after his finger print matched.

The family had reported to police after Mabo did not return home from the jogging on June 3 evening.
