UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Prachanda leaves for Singapore for wife’s treatment

KATHMANDU: UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda today flew to Singapore for his wife Sita Dahal’s treatment.

Nearly six months ago, the Dahal family had also gone to Thailand for the same purpose.

Dahal left for Singapore in a regular flight of the Thai Airways at 1:20 this afternoon. The former prime minister will have a transit to Bangkok before landing in Singapore. Sita Dahal would be admitted to Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Singapore city. Sita is a heart and kidney patient.
