Narayan Kaji, Posta Bahadur quit from their posts in UCPN (Maoist)

KATHMANDU: As the UCPN (Maoist) is almost decided to go for a single leadership under the chair of Pushpa  Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, UCPN (Maoist) Vice-chairman Narayan Kaji Shrestha and General Secretary Posta Bahadur Bogati also resigned from their posts today.

The two leaders resigned after Chairman Dahal floated an organizational proposal mooting for a single-person leadership in the party.

After the resignation of Shrestha and Bogati, it is sure that the UCPN (Maoist)’s extended meeting would approve Prachanda’s proposal of ‘single-person headquarters’.
