The only surviving founder member of Nepal Communist Party dies

KATHMANDU: The founder member of Nepal’s Communist Party Nar Bahadur Karmacharya passed away at 5:00 this morning.

Karmacharya was admitted to the Kathmandu Model Hospital after suffering from jaundice some days ago.

Currently, Karmacharya was the central advisor of the UCPN (Moaist). The UCPN (Maoist) has said that Karmacharya’s body would be kept at Khula Manch this afternoon to pay tribute to the communist leader.

Karmacharya was of the founder member of Nepal’s Communist Party. Nepal Communist Party was established in 1949 .
