“EPS Victims” knock on Baidya’s door
KATHMANDU: Some youths who have not been sent to South Korea of employment despite making through the South Korean Language test have resorted to the CPN Maoist party.
These youths who were on hunger strike for the past few weeks in Kathmandu, joined the Mohan Baidya led party with the solo demand of getting them their right to head for South Korea.
Party’s central member and Labour leader Ramdeep Acharay while confirming hundreds of EPS victims had joined the party said that they had joined the party seeking justice.
Among others these new members include Tej Dahal, Pratap Khadka, Naryan Bhusal of the EPS Victims Struggle Committee.
EPS Test forms for new season open
Fresh forms for the upcoming South Korean Language Test due in September have opened. The forms were opened from Wednesday and will be open until August 24 and can be submitted from 9 am to 6 pm in various locations.
The EPS department has said that only the candidate can submit the forms and will have to produce original passport /citizenship card while submitting the form.
Charges to appear in the test have been set to around twenty three hundred rupees (24 US dollars) and age bar on the exams is set to 18 to 39 years.
The department is expecting around 70 candidates to appear in the exam this year.
