CPN Maoist cadres confiscate election training materials in Jajarkot

JAJORKOT: Some 30 CPN Maoist cadres seized election training materials in a Dashera VDC of Jajarkot on Friday. The seizure comes as a strategy of the party’s central committee’s decision to disrupt activities organized to hold CA election on November 19.

The district election office confirmed the report claiming that the materials included stationary and handouts for holding training in the VDC.

However, the office said that it will continue with its plan to hold training programs in the VDC today.

A team of 60 observers and volunteers were sent to the VDC for holding the training.
