Prachand off to Newdelhi

Kathmandu: UCPN (Maoist) chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has left for New Delhi today to meet his eldest daughter, Gyanu KC, who is undergoing treatment for cancer at Fortis Hospital, New Delhi.
Talking briefly to journalists at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Dahal said his visit to New Delhi was absolutely personal.
Dahal said, “My visit is quite personal, and not political and it is not necessary to see the visit in other ways.”
Dahal is scheduled to return to Nepal on Friday itself.
