Cabinet decision: 39 joint secretaries deputed & transferred
Kathmandu, May 02. The meeting of the Cabinet deputed 39 joint secretaries who were recently promoted and also transferred them held at Singha Durbar in the Capital on Friday.
The meeting has assigned Devendra Sitaula, joint secretary at the Ministry of Defence as an acting secretary of the ministry, informed by the government spokesperson and Minister for Information and Communications, Dr. Minendra Rijal.
Likewise the meeting has decided to bear the total cost of the medical treatment of CPN-UML parliamentary party (PP) leader KP Sharma Oli who is undergoing treatment in Bangkok. The meeting also has decided to provide Rs. 500,000 each to former ministers and Nepali Congress leaders Govinda Raj Joshi and Siddha Raj Ojha for their respective medical treatment s.
Similarly the meeting also accepted Rs. 2.9 billion as foreign aid from the Asian DevelopmentBank (ADB) under the south Asian Tourism Infrastructure Development programme.
