Indian envoy meets PM Koirala
Kathmandu, May 23. The Prime Minister Sushil Koirala and Indian envoy to Nepal Mr. Ranjit Rae has met for discussing to sketch out the Koirala’s upcoming India visit. Koirala will fly to India on Monday for participating in the swearing-in ceremony of 16th PM-elect Mr. Narendra Modi.
The source said that an hour long meeting was centred on the Prime Minister Koirala’s upcoming visit. The meeting was held at the PM resident Baluwatar on Friday.
In the meeting, Indian envoy has submitted the PM’s schedules for the visit.
In addition of take part in the Indian Prime Minister’s oath ceremony, Koirala likely to be engaged in the meeting with SAARC’s countries government heads, Indian PM-elect NaMo, Chairman of the Bharatiya Janata Party Mr. Rajnath Singh, President of the Congress-I Ms Sonia Gandhi, Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. It has said that the Prime Minister Koirala will also discuss on the bilateral relations.
A meeting of the cabinet on Thursday took a decision to this effect.
Prime Minister Koirala will attend the swearing-in ceremony of the PM-elect Modi, along with executive heads and dignitaries from the South Asian countries.
India has invited all the executive heads from the Saarc countries to attend the swearing-in ceremony.
Most of the Saarc countries are likely to send their executive heads to the function.
