Khanal loud that he will lead the party if he will elected unanimously

Kathmandu, June 17. UML Chairman Jhalanath Khanal has expressed his interest to lead the party for another term if the party leaders are ready to elect him unanimously.

While speaking at a press meet at the party head office in Balkhu on Tuesday, Khanal expressed such views that je will happily accept to lead the party for another term if the leaders want to elect him unanimously.
His statement comes at a time when senior leaders Mahav Kumar Nepal and KP Oli are vying for the leadership position from the upcoming general convention.
The UML leader also said his party would move ahead in a unified manner from the upcoming general convention.
Also speaking at the press meet, party leader and Deputy Prime Minister Bamdev Gautam said that he would not misuse his position to consolidate his power in the party.

In the same occasion, Party General Secretary Ishwar Pokhrel has said that the preparations for the up-coming general convention has done with properly.
