We try to drag the UCPN-M out of CA: Gajurel



Kathmandu, June 22.Vice-Chairman of CPN-Maoist CP Gajurel has said his party is trying to drag the UCPN-Maoist out of the Constituent Assembly (CA) with a working alliance.

Speaking at an interaction programme organized by the Reporters’ Club Nepal on Sunday, Gajurel said that working alliance of five Maoist’s party will try to drag the UCPN-Maoist out from the Constituent Assembly. He said ,” This CA won’t promulgate the pro- people constitution. “

Gajurel has also claimed that the unity between two parties is impossible as long as the UCPN-M remains in the CA. He further said that the five parties following the Mao ideology agreed for a working alliance to work together in some specific issues. “But, it’s not for party unification,” Gajurel said. “It is impossible under the current circumstances.”

He stressed that if the Prachanda led party will accept the six-point bases for party unity, it would be possible of both parties unity. He further informed that the working alliance won’t announce the chairmanship rather he informed that the headship of the alliances will be hold on cycle-systems.

Gajurel further said that his party has not paid any concern over the Possible visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
