Trichandra’s BP library set on fire
Kathmandu . BP Library of Trichandra Campus, one of the oldest libraries of the country, has been reduced to ashes after it was set on fire following a clash between student unions.
The fire took place following a clash between cadres of Nepal Students Union (NSU) and All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU) – affiliated to Nepali Congress and CPN-UML respectively. The reason behind the clash is yet to be established.
For this, nepalireporter asked to ANNFSU Spokesperson RC Lamichhane , who said that he does not know anything about the fire‚ NSU has accused the UML-affiliated ANNFSU of setting the library on fire.
