Actor Shree Krishna Shrestha no more

Kathmandu, August 10. Noted Actor Shree Krishna Shrestha died while undergoing treatment in New Delhi, India, on Sunday morning.

Shrestha, 47, was being treated at Apollo Hospital for chronic pneumonia. He passed away at around 5 am this morning, informed Akash Adhikary.

Shrestha started his film career 25 years ago with the movie ‘Bhumari’. Popular for his dancing and acting skills, Shrestha featured in many successful movies namely  Aafno Manche, Gorkhali, A Mero Hajur, Sukha Dukha, Kaha Bhetiyela, Maiti among others.

Shrestha had tied nuptial knot with actress Sweta Khadka on July 7.

His movie Kohinoor is currently being screened at cinema halls.

Earlier, Shrestha had sent serious message from the bed of hospital, while he was unable to join with the audiences in the movie Kohinoor.
