Two die in Jhapa accident

Jhapa, November 02, Two people died in a road accident occurred on the Durgapur sector of the East-West Highway on Saturday night.

The victims are 26-year-old Hari Krishna Subedi alias Kishor and Kul Bahadur Ramtel alias Kumar, 36, of Kankai Municipality-1, according to the Area Police Office, Birtamod.

The accident took place when their motorcycle (Me 5 Pa 2811) hit the trolley of a stationary tractor near the bridge over the Biring rivulet at Kankai-7. Both Subedi and Ramtel died on the spot, police said. RSS
