Foreign interference rising in country, UML leader Nepal



Kathmandu, Sept 11: CPN (UML) leader and litterateur Pradeep Nepal has said that foreign interference has increased in the country in course of constitution writing.

At an interaction organised here today by Laghukatha Samaj, leader Nepal said that some countries have not wanted promulgation of new constitution in Nepal thinking stability would establish in Nepal if the country gets new constitution.

He said that there would be a single province in Madhes districts as per the demand of the Madhes-centric parties and expressed unhappiness to the ongoing agitation in the region. He said that the demands put forth by Tharu were correct and added that the agendas of Madhesi parties were not clear.

Stressing that writer should write for the protection of the nationality, the UML leader said that Laghukatha Samaj would stand as a strong medium for the same.

Dr Laxman Prasad Gautam, Dhruba Madhukarmi, Jaya Chhyanchha, Pawan Alok, Sushma Manandhar, Chairman of Samaj Shree Om ‘Rodan’ expressed their views on the occasion. RSS
