CA resumes voting after two-hour break

KATHMANDU: The Constituent Assembly resumed voting on individual articles of the new constitution and amendment proposals registered on them.

Before the break, the CA has already endorsed 23 articles, three yesterday and 20 today.

After the resumption, the constitution writing body is voting on articles related to the fundamental rights.

The CA, meanwhile, rejected all amendment articles registered on Articles 24-30.

The CA meeting was postponed at around 1:20 pm today. It was scheduled to begin at 2:30 pm.
