Motorcycle rally in Pokhara defying strike
Pokhara, Sept. 21: A motorcycle rally was taken out in Pokhara this morning at the call of Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, defying the general strike imposed by the agitating parties.
The rally started from the premises of Pokhara Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Ghairapatan reached different parts of the tourist city.
The Tamu Struggle Committee has imposed a strike today saying that new constitution was promulgated by rejecting the identity of indigenous communities. Vehicles have plied and shops have opened in the city after the motorcycle rally. RSS
