Damak (Jhapa), Dec 31: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has said that sanitation was a baseline for beautiful and prosperous Nepal.
Inaugurating the East West Highway National Sanitation Campaign in Damak, Jhapa, today, Prime Minister said that the campaign to make the country beautiful would get continuity from Jhapa.
The Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Agni Kharel, secretary at the Ministry of Local Development Madhav Regmi, artists Sitaram Kattel and Kunjana Ghimire national and various organisatins among others had participated in the campaign.
PM Oli reached his hometown Jhapa to inaugurate 35th anniversary of Damak Multiple Campus this morning.
Similarly, Prime Minister Oli also laid foundation stone of an overhead bridge in Damak along the East West Highway. The Rs 20.4 million project is expected to be completed within 15 months.
Likewise, PM Oli inaugurated a concrete bridge at Dharampur. He is scheduled to lay foundation stone of a building of Amda Hospital in Damak as well as a building of Damak Municipality. RSS
