Publicity of constitution needed, Minister Bohara says

Parasi, Jan 5: Minister for Labour and Employment Dipak Bohara has said that publicity of the new constitution was needed in a positive note.

At a programme organised to disseminate information about the recently-promulgated constitution in Nawalparasi on Monday, Bohara said that the constitution approved by 90 per cent of the Constituent Assembly members has ensured rights of all. He added that constitution could be amended if there were some shortcomings.

Bohara, who is also the Minister for Commerce, said that negative publicity of the constitution was being done claiming that the charter has diminished the rights of the Mahdesi communities. Bohara stated that the government was conducting the nationwide publicity campaign to do away with the illusions in regard to the new constitution.
