International Invitational Gold Cup in offing
Kakarvitta (Jhapa), March 12: The International Invitational Gold Cup with the highest cash prize in the moffussil is to begin in Jhapa from March 31.
A total of 10 teams including three departmental teams from the host country and four international teams will compete for the title of the football tournament being held at the Domalal Stadium in Birtamode, said Hom Pandey, Chair of the Main Organising Committee, at a press briefing.
In the tournament to continue until April 9, the wining team will go home with a cash prize of Rs 600,000, a trophy, medals and certificates while the first-runner up will receive Rs 300,000.
