Consensus government for constitution enforcement: Leader Pun

Dang, March 28. Secretary of the  UCPN (Maoist) Mr. Barsha Man Pun has opined for national consensus government for the enforcement of the new constitution.
Speaking  at a press conference organized by the Revolutionary Journalist Association here today, leader Pun said that the participation of the Nepal Congress in the incumbent government would ease the constitution implementation process.

He added that the constitution would be fully implemented within two years. Leader Pun further informed that over 400 existing laws should be amended and additional 150 new laws should be formulated for the implemented of the constitution.
