Nepal-Namibia second leg: Namibia posted 240 run target to Nepal(LIVE)



Kathmandu, April 18: Namibia posted a 240-run target to Nepal in the second-day match of the ICC World Cricket League Championship (WCLC) at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Stadium in Kirtipur on Monday.

While Nepal had won the toss and opted to field, Namibia had scored 239 runs at the loss of nine wickets in 50 overs.

For Namibia, the skipper Stephan Baard had scored an impressive 51 runs off 60 balls before being caught behind in the 21st over off Sandeep Lamichhane’s delivery.

Nepali team had witnessed a slight change today. Sagar Pun is in team in place of Raju Rijal and Binod Bhandari is given the responsibility of wicket keeper.
