Special plans essential for Karnali development: leader Pokharel
Kalikot, April 26: CPN (UML) general secretary Ishwar Pokharel has said that the UML was in favour of Karnali Province with special rights.
While inaugurating the 9th district assembly of the district party on Monday, leader Pokharel opined for preparing special plans for the development and prosperity of the Karnali region by the government.
Party central committee member Ram Kumari Jhakri among other local leaders had addressed the inaugural session. RSS
