Kathmandu, May 04: Senior leader of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP), Pashupati Shumsher Rana has said that his party won’t object if a new consensual government is formed under the leadership of UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal.
Speaking at the face-to-face program organized by the Reporters’ Club Nepal, leader Rana has said that the incumbent government will fall irrespective RPP will leave or continue support to the government. He added that a meeting of a party will decide on the issue soon.
Blaming that the current government has not performed well in reconstruction after earthquake and economic blockade, ” This govt. has failed to address the basic needs of the peoples”, he said while program is presided by the Club’s president Rishi Dhamala.
Claiming that oli-led government has failed to address the people’s demands, Leader Rana said,” The current govt. has not even showed its responsiblity towards peoples needs.”
