Assistance from Singapore for Karate championship

Khotang, May 20: The financial assistance has been received from Singapore for the International Sito Ryu Karate Championship to be held in Khotang.

Financial assistance of Rs 140,000 has been received for the conduction of ‘First Khotang-Halesi Open International Karate Championship’ scheduled for June 2-4 in Diktel.

The Tyamke Chhaya Pariwar – a common organization of Singapore Police from Khotang and Bhojpur – provided the assistance for the championship, shared Chairperson of Nepal Sito Ryu Karate Association Khotang Sanjaya Kumar Rai.

Paribartan Kiranti and Ritu Bartan Rai of Tyamke Chhaya Pariwar took the initiative for raising fund for the championship, Chairperson Rai said. RSS
