Nepal football’s squad announces against Laos
Kathmandu, May 22: The All Nepal Football Association on Sunday announced the final Nepal squad for an international football friendly with Laos scheduled for May 29.
Nepal head coach Gyotoku Koji made the selection of 20-member team today, according to the national football governing body. Anil Gurung has been made the skipper.
Earlier, ANFA had called 33 players for the national team training. Nepal and Laos will take on each other on May 29 at Vientiane, Laos.
Laos are at the 176th position in the FIFA world ranking, just four positions ahead of Nepal. Nepal squad announced for football friendly with Laos, May 29, 2016: Kiran Chemjong and Bikesh Kuthu as goalkeeper, Rabin Shrestha
Ananta Tamang , Aditya Chaudhary , Devendra Tamang, Kamal Shrestha & Biraj Maharjan as Defender.
Likewise, Prakash Budhathoki, Sujal Shrestha, Heman Gurung , Bikram Lama, Bishal Rai, Rajendra Rawal, Anjan Bista & Jagajeet Shrestha are in midfielder line.
Bharat Khawas, Nawayug Shrestha, Anil Gurung & Sunil Bal are in forwarding line.
