Commission report is pointless and needs correction: Bharat Bahadur Khadka

KATHMANDU, Jan 27: Ruling party Nepali congress leader Bharat Bahadur Khadka has said that the Local level Restructuring Commission report is pointless given it will not solve any problems.

Speaking during a program organized by the Reporters’ Club Nepal today, presided by Club’s President Rishi Dhamala, leader Khadka urged that the commission’s report has to be corrected and that the environment is not suitable for holding the election.

“Local level election should be held first before other body election.” he added “The government must put effort on creating better environment so that all parties could go to election.”

He stressed that amendment of constitution is necessary for addressing the issues and demands of dissatisfied groups before going to election.
