Nomination process for local poll begins in province no 3, 4 and 6

KATHMANDU, May 2: Registration of nomination papers has started for the local poll in 283 local levels including metropolises, sub metropolises, municipalities and rural municipalities in province no 3, 4 and 6 today.

The local level election is going to take place after 20 years with a new federal set up. As per the new modality, the local level is getting local government with legislative, executive and judicial rights.

The nomination process has begun from 10: 00 am and will conclude at 5:00 pm today. RSS
