RPP registered at EC for upcoming elections

KATHMANDU, Aug 27: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party has been registered today at the Election Commission for the purpose of election to the provincial assembly and the federal parliament.

A team under the leadership of Vice-Chairman, Tanka Dhakal, formally registered the party at the EC, said Joint General Secretary of the Party, Rajaram Bartaula. The team comprised General Secretary Jayant Chand, Spokespersons—Bhuwan Pathak and Sushil Shrestha and Joint General Secretary Chandra Bahadur Gurung, among others.

The EC had set today as the last date for the registration of different political parties for upcoming two tiers of election. RSS
