FSFN, RJPN

KATHMANDU, Oct 6: Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN) and Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) have agreed to forge alliance in the upcoming House of Representatives and Federal Assembly election.

FSFN Chair Upendra Yadav and coordinator of presidium of RJPN Mahanta Thakur, issuing a joint press statement of Friday, said that both the parties will field joint candidacy in mutual understanding in the upcoming November-December election.  They have claimed that their alliance is for fighting against all sorts of discriminations against Madhesi, indigenous nationalities and ethnic communities at home.

The statement also reads that both the two parties will cooperatively hold negotiations for other alliances.

The parties have also decided that either both will join the broader democratic alliance to be led by Nepali Congress or none of them will be a part of it.
