Left alliance only dreaming of two-third majority: Manish Suman
RAJBIRAJ, Dec 1: Rastriya Janata Party Nepal (RJPN) general secretary Manish Kumar Suman on Friday said the leftist alliance could not garner a two-third majority in the election.
The RJPN general secretary who is also the State Assembly candidate from Saptari-2 (B) accused the leftist parties of understating and cheating on the Madhesi people and added that the Madhesi people will not cast vote to the left alliance in the second phase of elections to the House of Representatives and State Assemblies scheduled for December 7. The left alliance’s claim of garnering a two-third majority is just a dream, he added.
“The people of Madhes will not vote the leftist alliance as parties in the alliance were the same who had promulgated the constitution against the will of Madhesis and stood against the constitution amendment process.”
He was confident that the Madhesi alliance will win every seat in all the eight districts of Province 2.
Accusing the left alliance of intending to impose an one-party system by suppressing democracy, he warned the Madhes agitation would continue until the constitution was revised meeting their aspirations.
The Madhesi alliance of RJPN and Federal Socialist Forum was forged as per the interests of the Madhesi people, according to him who urged Madhesi people to vote for the Madhes alliance candidates in the election and prove their strength. RSS
