UML’s Rai emerges victorious in Kathmandu 3

KATHMANDU, Dec 9: CPN-UML’s Krishna Rai won Kathmandu constituency 3 parliamentary seat with a wide margin of more than 4000 votes. Rai received 19169 votes while his closest competitor Nepali Congress’s Ambika Basnet got 14,884 votes.
