Upendra Yadav secures seat in federal parliament from Saptari-2

SAPTARI, Dec 9: Upendra Yadav, chairman of Federal Socialist Forum Nepal, has won the election from the Saptari constituency-2 with a huge margin of votes. The District Election Office, Saptari has confirmed his landslide victory in the House of Representatives election.

Yadav secured 21,620 votes to win the election against his closest rival CPN (Maoist Center)’s Umesh Kumar Yadav, the common candidate from the left alliance, who obtained 11,580 votes. RSS
