NPC vice chair Wagle’s resignation approved
KATHMANDU, Feb 18: A meeting of the Council of Ministers held in Singhdurbar on Sunday approved the resignation of National Planning Commission vice chair, Dr Swarnim Wagle.
Vice chair Wagle had submitted his resignation from the post to the Cabinet Sunday itself.
Following the meeting, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli shared that the meeting also thanked Wagle for his contribution as the vice chair.
Ministers duo Lalbabu Pandit and Thammaya Thapa were present in the meeting.
Wagle was appointed to the post by the Nepali Congress President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba on August 3.
