Police issues arrest warrant against Biplav

KATHMANDU, Feb 28: District Police Kapilvastu has issued a notice in the name of Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ on Wednesday, directing him to appear in front of District Court Bhojpur within 70 days.

The police pasted the notice at his house in Shivaraj Municipality-9, according to District Police Kapilvastu.

Biplav’s party has been found involved in various disruptive activities such as bomb explosion and attack on election candidates.
