Gachhadar appointed deputy parliamentary party leader

KATHMANDU, March 5: Bijaya Kumar Gachhadar has been appointed as the deputy parliamentary party leader of Nepali Congress party on Monday.

Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba appointed Gachhadar to the position.

Earlier, Deuba was elected as the parliamentary party leader in the election held in parliamentary party office, Singha Durbar. Deuba defeated his challenger Prakashman Singh securing 44 votes. Singh only received 19 votes.
