Deuba urges CM Poudel not to shift capital of province 3
HETAUDA, April 17: Nepali Congress (NC) President and former Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Province 3’s Chief Minister Dormani Poudel held a meeting Tuesday morning.
During the meeting, leader Deuba urged the Chief Minister not to shift the province capital from Hetauda to other location. Hetauda was announced the provisional capital of Province 3 by the erstwhile government headed by Deuba.
Likewise, leader Deuba and a delegation comprising House of Representatives member from Hetauda, Birodh Khatiwada, and District Coordination Committee Makwanpur’s chief Raghunath Khanal held a meeting today and discussed the issues relating to the province temporary capital and district’s development.
Meanwhile, the NC President today laid foundation stone of a temple of God Shiva to be constructed at Sanopokhara of Hetauda Sub Metropolis-5 with people’s support. According to social worker Madhav Parajuli, the Hindu temple is going to be constructed at a cost of around Rs 1.1 million donated by the locals. RSS
