Employees’ salary will increase, assures Rimal
KATHMANDU, May 28: Chief political adviser of Prime Minister, Bishnu Rimal has said that the employees’ salary will be raised.
“The budget for the fiscal year 2018/19 will have something for the employees of both private and public sectors,” Rimal told Reporters Club on Monday. “The budget will certainly add some numbers to their pockets. The government will make all the people happy,” he assured.
The government is announcing the budget for the fiscal year 2018/19 on Tuesday afternoon.
“This fiscal year’s budget will be brought according to the policies and programs the government unveiled last week,” he said.
He added that the poor, disabled, backward and marginalized people and pregnant women will be given special priority in the budget and programs.
The budget will also focus on resolving the problems of people while bringing developmental projects,” he furthered.
Rimal also said that the main opposition party Nepali Congress will have silent support on the budget as the government has requested the opposition to support the government’s policies and programs.
