Former PMs suggest PM Oli to draft land use policy
KATHMANDU, May 8: Former Prime Ministers have suggested Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli to formulate land use policy.
The former government heads gave this suggestion to PM Oli during the discussions on the policies and programs of the government held at the Prime Minister’s residence at Baluwatar today.
In the discussions, Prime Minister Oli had proposed to shift the settlements for the country’s development arguing that unsystematic settlement system was the obstacle to development.
The government is presenting its policies and programs in the federal parliament on May 15.
Former Prime Ministers Madhav Kumar Nepal, Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Sher Bahadur Deuba, Dr Baburam Bhattarai, Lokendra Bahadur Chand and former chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers, Khilraj Regmi were present in the discussions. RSS
