Parliamentary hearing of acting Chief Justice on Thursday

KATHMANDU, July 24: The parliamentary hearing of acting Chief Justice Deepak Raj Joshi, recommended as the next Chief Justice, by the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee is scheduled for July 25.

The parliamentary committee meeting on Monday decided to invite acting CJ for the hearing on Thursday.

Deputy spokesperson at the Federal Parliament Secretariat Keshav Aryal shared that the day has been fixed for discussions on the complaints filed over the recommendation of acting chief justice Deepak Raj Joshi.

The Committee has received five complaints against him.
