Leader Nepal returns home from Cambodia

KATHMANDU, July 30: Senior leader of Communist Party of Nepal Madhav Kumar Nepal returned home on Monday after taking part in the parliamentary election recently held in Cambodia.

During the stay in Cambodia, leader Nepal, also former Prime Minister, held a meeting with the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, according to Central Committee member of NCP, Bishnu Rijal.

Nepal had flown to Cambodia on July 26 to observe the election held on July 29. He was accompanied by lawmaker Bhanubhakta Dhakal and Nepali Congress leader Sujata Koirala. Nepal is Vice-Chairperson of the ‘Centrist Asia Pacific Democrats International’.
