HoR passes proposal on Public Security (third amendment) Bill

KATHMANDU, Aug 6: Today’s meeting of House of Representatives has unanimously passed the proposal of sending the Bill regarding Public Security (third amendment)-2075 for clause-wise discussion at the concerned committee, for discussion.

Earlier, Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Bhanu Bhakta Dhakal, on the behalf of the Home Minister, had presented the proposal.

Similarly, the meeting also unanimously passed the proposal presented by Minister for Education, Science and Technology, Girirajmani Pokharel, of sending National Medical Education Bill-2075 to the concerned committee for clause-wise discussion.

Likewise, the HoR passed the proposal of sending bills– Audit Bill-2075, and Insurance Bill-2075, presented by Law Minister Dhakal on the behalf of the Finance Minister, at the concerned committee for clause-wise discussion.

Earlier, the meeting approved the some changes made in different thematic committees under the HoR presented by Speaker Mahara.

During the meeting, Speaker Mahara read out the letter received from the Office of the President regarding latest expansion of the cabinet. The HoR will meet next at 1:00 pm on August 12. RSS
