Headteacher jailed for sexually abusing students

PARBAT, August18: Head teacher of Majhigaon primary school in Falebas municipality-6 has been remanded to judicial custody for necessary investigation on charges of sexually abusing his students.

Head teacher Khil Prasad Poudel was sent to judicial custody by a single bench of district judge Dayaram Pokharel. He has been charged of sexually abusing four students, including three from his school.

Poudel was apprehended by parents and handed over to police on July 22, after it came to light that he was forcing the students between seven to twelve years of performing oral sex on him.
