Nepal facing South Korean team in Men’s volleyball match
KATHMANDU, August 24: Nepal is playing against South Korea in the men’s volleyball tournament under the 18th Asian Games on Friday.
Nepal, South Korea and Chinese Taipei are in Group D of the tournament. Earlier Nepal was defeated by Chinese Taipei.
Nepalese team coach Jagdish Prasad Bhatta who is currently in Jakarta, Indonesia, said that Nepal is in pressure of winning today’ game to enter into second round.
As many as 20 countries are participating in men’s volleyball tournament in the championship. Nepal is participating in the Asian Games volleyball match after 32 years.
The Nepalese team comprises captain Im Bahadur Magar, Hari Bahadur Adhikari, Ishwar Thapa, Dinesh Raj Giri, Raj Sherchan, Dhan Bahadur Bhatta Chhetri, Narendra Giri, Man Bahadur Shrestha, Kul Bahadur Thapa, Deepak Raj Joshi, Bhairav Bahadur Bam and Bishal Bahadur BK.
