Home Minister Thapa vows to sue erring contractors
Kathmandu, Dec 8 (RSS): Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa has vowed to take action against the erring contractor of National Martyrs Monument and Peace Park in Gokarna in the capital.
After inspecting the ongoing construction of the Monument site today, Minister Thapa said stern actions will be taken against those leaving the construction works in limbo.
A total cost for the construction of the monument was Rs 460.7 million and Rs 270 has been so far spent for the purpose.
However, the monument construction committee chair Sudarshan Sigdel shared that 70 percent infrastructural and 58 financial progress was achieved so far.
